Breath Prayers As I dreamt of what it might look like to cultivate a virtual community and deeper sense of connection, I could think of little else that is as much a part of my days and spirituality as the breath prayer.Breath prayer is an ancient practice that connects short, memorable phrases with deep breathing. I’ve found this practice to be restorative as it grounds me in my body and reintegrates my flesh, mind, and soul daily.Inhale as you think the first phrase.Exhale as you think the latter phrase.Repeat throughout your day/week, paying close attention to where you feel tension in your body.
